Matter unresolved

I was fooled around by the lady called herself Lynette she phoned me to promise to follow-up on the matter, and promised to get back to me on the 15th but until today no feedback. They just phoned to get me out of the way that's what GEMS is doing. When I tried to phoned them back they kept on transferring to different people. With their enquiry and complaints department when I email them they promised to attend the matter with 48 hours but it never happened they don't bother to respond to their emails. I will not recommend anyone for this nightmare medical aid. ***
