MASECTOMY NOT EMERGENCY AND NOT TO BE PAID

I went for a mammogram which showed that I have a High Carcinoma Stage 4 breast Cancer. The medical aid gave authorization number but 4 months later said it was not approved. I had a masectomy and tumour on my leg removed. Which they say was not an emergency. They paid for my chemo and hirseptin. I have about R15000 that is outstanding as they say it was not an emergency. Please help.
