Many bills to be paid

Hello my name is noluthando I am concerned about the money that we owe ..my mom was in and out of hospital parkland and n17 netcare so I have received many calls and emails regarding the money we owe how is that possible ? How does gems work isn't that they have to authorised before they do any thing..... right now we sitting at about a million at n17 and close to 10 thousand at park land and my mom is no more
