Managerless Daniel from GEMS

Hello Peter: GEMS employees going by the names of Daniel Boya and Carmen Coetzee (supervisor) drove me mad this morning. firstly there's nothing as frustrating as dealing with an *********** bunch while at the same time they are laughling in the background. ive been with GEMS for almost 10 years now and the service is a topic for another day. nonetheless I sent through my termination letter on the 8th March 2018, the lady who was assisting me said I will be receiving a certificate of termination in a day. its been over a month now, I cannot activate my stop order payment for my new medical aid. on the 16th April 2018 I spoke to a George who promised me that ill receive this certificate in 24 hours. When I call in on the 17th I spoke to Daniel Boya and after making me hold for almost 30 minutes he tells me I have to wait another 48 hours. when I asked to speak to his supervisor (whom i'm sure was looking into his eyes during my call) he put me on hold again and came back with the story that Carmen is at the meeting. Apparently according to GEMS policy I cant speak to the manager nor get their details. I'm not sure if these people understand that there are cost implications to their actions. im also suspecting that Daniel does not know his manager nor his supervisors email address. I want my termination certificate with immediate effect.
