Mal administration and *****
Things are a mess that side. Someone changed my option from Tanzanite to Beryl overnight and I have not requested any! I was struggeling the whole week just to sort out chronic pharmacy allocations on Tanzanite. I called earlier and Nonhlanhla advised me to redial. I have done so, and the system said I am on the Emerald Value... The Web interface even shows something else and on your side it shows Beryl. On my App is shows Tanzanite. Which is it. Secondly, can someone confirm my chronic Authorisations and the pharmacy as requested?
