making profit out of poor

I m so confused by so called affordable government medical aid. When I joined gems emerald i was convinced that is affordable but no its not actual Gems will left you penniless. as teachers we are earning nothing contribution for gems really is not fair.

I don't believe that my 2021 contribution is R6934.00 then its worse because we didn't get increament last year. personal i feel like gems is making profit our of the poor they must not use the word affordable .instead they are gaining a lot

not happy at all on the other hand they don't pay some x rays when you consult dentist. I am owing dentist the reason is that you are not supposed to use that x-rays in a cycle of 3yrs.
