Long wait
I have a query Reference number Q5BB24. I have been promised that I will get response within 48 hours but never did. I have been sending follow up messages on Social Media and as well as email. My father is on monthly chronic medication so I want to know what is the outcome before month ends in July

I have been asked to send my appointment letter again. I did but it's the only one that I have and it clearly shows exactly when I am starting so I do not understand why I am requsted to send it agan. The lady that was assisting me promisedt to come back with feedback but she did not

16 Aug 2022, 21:35I so wish that this matter canbe resolved professionally once and for all. I was told to ignore the last contribution letter I received and focus on the email before the letter. The opposite happened when it came to deductions, they deducted the amounts on the letter. I am so confused I am thinking of fowarding this matter if no one still clarifies what is right for me.
