LIFE THREATENING CONDITION

Our baby was born with Kidney problems, His left kidney does not function, and the right kidney had an obstruction on he had to go for surgery when he was 1 month old. This was rectified. We app**** for PMB at GEMS. We were informed that they have declined PMB Application as the conditions is only covered in Hospital as an emergency and not for consults as the treating DR requested our son to see him 4 times a year and have test done to make sure that the right kidney is still going. This is so unfair as this is a life of a baby.
