Lazy, *********** employees

I want to express that your employees are so ***********. I submitted a claim last week and was suppose to receive my reimbur*****t yesterday, all three agents that I spoke to CANNOT move a file from ARCHIVE to claims department, ALL THREE of them!! Then what are they doing, what purpose are they serving if they can’t assist in moving a document from ARCHIVES to the relevant department???? I don’t even want to say they are lazy because one is just sitting there with a laptop busy wasting the states resources.

Please provide proper training for your employees or hire competent people.
