Kudos Ndebele Call Centre Agents

Good Day

I would like to give my credit to the Ndebele Call Centre Agents (Prudence, Thulisile and Dumisani Mahlangu )at GEMS Termination Department. My mother does not speak other languages but isiNdebele and when i called GEMS terminations for assistance they insisted to speak to the main member(my mother) of the policy, I was so worried thinking my mother would have to struggle but little did I know she will speak to people that made her so comfortable in her language and we actually got clear results out of the call.

Thank you so much, I wish there were more organizations like GEMS that had such matchless and excellent customer s****s.
