This medical aid is pure nonsense. I think I could have received better care in a public hospital without a medical aid because this medical aid only choose what they want to pay it doesn't matter if one could die, money comes first for them. Just watch out people, you may think you have a medical aid up until you lie in hospital and you are told your medical aid cannot pay for the service that can save your life. I have so many services that I didn't receive all because of this medical aid and still have a lot of money that I must now pay for some consultations done.
