Jordan from Chronic - what a bad consultant

What a pathetic medical aid. I have been trying to register for chronic medication for the past 3 years and they have been making it an uphill climb. Today I spoke to several chronic consultants who sound as though they own the flipping medical aid. One in particular kept me holding for over 8 minutes and when she got back to me to tell me if the registration has been finalised or not, rerouted the call back to the queue. Her name was Jordan. This medical aid is ****. Like it or not the chronic medication will be covered by your sorry ass because I am taking this case to council.
