It's me, Gems, I'm the problem it's me.

I try to add a dependant to my medical aid in Jan. On 20 Feb I was smsed that I needed further documents. I sent it on 21 Feb. Now, 3 months after submitting, following up and emailing I was informed that my application was canceled because I didn't send the documents which the call centre agent confirmed he had received. This is truly the most inefficient medical aid I have experienced.
