Issues with Gems.

Recently joined their maternity program me. Was promised an email with all the information that I needed. I am also being charged for my first gynae visit but was only informed of this afterwards because apparently the Dr didn't use a code that's actually only meant for follow up. I still don't have the care plan they promise on their website or promised to email me. I'm so tired of phoning and speaking to agents who actually are clueless about the product they are offering. I need answers.
