Insufficient funds and OMB application

I am so disappointed that all GEMS do not take their clients seriously. I have sent several email they have promised to be in touch within 7 days but never. I have app**** for PMB due to insufficient funds to do follow up with neurologist, Physio and wound specialist after a major surgery in January. No update I have sent emails to enquiry and complaints but they are quite. When I go for consultations I will be told that there are short fallout they haven't paid them at all. I m stuck with pain and inflammation cos I have a medical aid which makes me pay cash all the times I go for consultations GEMS is so helpless to their clients when you need something you have undergo headache trying to communicate with them while you sick.
