Insensitive to Infertility problems

Infertility is a sensitive issue, to have a medical aid turning a blind eye on it is worse. Was diagnosed with PCOS few years back have been put on medication to increase my fertility chance. The medication needs authorisation, Gems has declined the application, the will rather have me suffer psychological-emotional disorder and pay for that than treat what has been proven to be a problem.
