I am just beyond appauled, if i could give a thousand zero stars I would.
Even today my previous compaint from the beginning of Feb has not been resolved.
From authorisation given to have a procedure to sorry we approved by mistake after I already had the procedure to authorisation pending weeks after the procedure.
I have providers calling me to pay them and yet I pay medical aid every single month. At this point we'll meet in court

10 Mar 2023, 14:19I am still waiting for you guys to resolve my issue, your underwriting department is not even responding to my emails now. I have spoken to Tereena Govender and Luyanda Njomose to tell them I am getting emails from doctors to pay them even after I was told Gems will pay, they are now just ignoring all my emails
