Inefficiency
I have called, filled and submitted forms for cancellation of my membership. I received a notice that my membership will be terminated on the 31s of January 2015. Up till now the membership hasn't been terminated as in their response SMS sent to my phone. Lots of calls to their general enquirers line couldn't even get that done. They still continue to deduct funds from my salary as he cancellation they said hasn't been effected. Soo ****ed now.
