Incorrect and misleading information on GEMS application

Information on GEMS application is incorrect and misleading. Apart from my dependants being incorrect, I went into the App to view my available funds for physiotherapy since I had an appointment. The app showed I had sufficient funds to consult but to my surprise and embarrassment, when the receptionist called to check funds, she was told I was in zero. Not sure what happened to the funds as shown on the app
