Inconsistent advise and no regard for escalation requesr

We have always had good service from Gems but not this time. My mom needs to go to a sub acute facility post operative and I have been calling and calling trying to follow up on what is needed to speed up the process and have received contradicting advise on every occasion. Sadly the hospital has indicated that they cannot keep my mom any longer and we need to take her today. So we will be bringing her home. I will however hold Gems liable if something goes wrong with her because of your lack of consistency in feedback and disregard for the request for escalation.
