*********** consultants! Poor customer service!

I wasted nearly R150 airtime this morning in dealing with several consultants wrt claims submitted weeks ago via the app and email only to discover that its not been processed. This tardiness and lack for customer service is just shocking. Weeks ago a pmb was completed and submitted and the case manager still has no feedback. Gems provides poor customer service and lack the sense of urgency.
