I act on behalf of my aged mom who belongs to this MOST frustrating medical scheme EVER!!! ***********, downright rude staff and one doesn't know what the other is doing. I am BEYOND FRUSTRATED while my mom who is very high risk for another stroke STILL awaits her chronic medication for 4 days now and counting.

Do you know HOW many ph calls I made as my mom is in dire need of her chronic meds and not doing well - her life hangs in the balance - and yet your pharmacy service never delivered on their promise and after I lost my **** today, understandably so, I was placed on hold on purpose with no one coming back to me. ***********.
