I called their customer service and spoke to a gentlemen by the name of LUYANDA, he was rude. he did not ask me the reason why i did not have a reference number for him to assist me. he just told me he cant help me without it and he will teach me how to get one and when i told him i know how to obtain one and then he told me if i did i should have had one. so he wont help me i must go back to the automated system. i told him that i do get help even when i don't have then he said "I AM NOT OTHERS I AM ME I WONT BE ABLE TO HELP YOU." their agents are not competent they have been hanging up on me and being rude talking to people like they are stupid. This time it was too much for someone working on customer service and talking to people everyday.
