Incompetence at its worst!!

Wish I could rate them 0 because thats exactly what they deserve. My Dad sadly passed in July 2020. My mother has been struggling to get onto the medical aid since then. Constantly being asked to email the same documents. Then she was asked to pay. Till today she is still not on and has paid R7822. According to them once payment was received she was suppose to be on. They mentioned that she will be on in October and even gave a membership number that does not exist. After calling again for the 1000th time they again want the same documents to be emailed and expect another 3 months payment for a medical aid she is not on!!! This is pathetic and the agents just cannot seem to resolve this. She is 62, a diabetic, retired and has to pay for chronic medication every month. Something needs to be done this is not ok.!! Especially in the time we find in.
