Incomitance and zero empathy.
My Wife and i have been trying to get GEMS to pay us a claim for a OBJ visit for our baby and we have been given the run around. Calls for 2hour at a time with no resolution. Emailed and forwarded communication from as far back as late September 2021. Inclosing this seems to summarize every Govt institution what a sad and revolting state of affairs. Can we not just get some service. it seems we are not alone in this struggle !!!

01 Mar 2021, 18:06After a looooooooong wait of a good 5 months we finally got the money thanks to the complaint lodged on hello peter else i dont know how much longer we would have still been waiting.
