IN HOSPITAL PMB LIFE THREATENING INFUSION UNPAID

Please assist urgently. Member was hospitalized for PMB iron deficiency anemia. The hospitalization was authorized but not the reason for her admission!!!!!! The Cosmofer infusion!!!!! Please pay this from the pmb in hospital insured benefit as it should have been.
