******* Deductions from salary

<p>I joined GEMS last year in November 2016 . The consultant confirmed that only R1800. 00 will be deducted from my salary and the R3100.00 will come from government subsidy. However R4900.00 was deducted directly from my salary on the 15 Feb 2017. This resulted in my debit orders for the House and Car to be returned. I deposed an affidavit to GEMS requesting them to Cancel the policy and to refund my money back since I am on waiting period and I have not yet used the card. How can I be on waiting period for 3 months while GEMS is deducting my money on monthly basis . My persal number is ********** 2.</p> <p>Membership number ********** 76. Could you please assist in getting GEMS to refund me and to ensure that they do not make any further deductions since I have cancelled the policy. otherwise I stand to lose my house and car.
