Idiots ***********

These idiots have sent me a email and sms wanting supporting docs about my father as a dependant. Where itcis stated in my application form that it is my parents i have as dependants. Idiotic system you have.

Increased prices but **** service. I phoned to ask regarding a reimbur*****t. I was told to sent the invoices. Then i recieved a email that they needed the the information that was allready sent to them.
