I have a very bad luck when it comes to payments of the OT and ST

I have a very bad luck when it comes to payments of the OT and ST. I was referred to occupational the****** after long term leave. Firstly Dr. Assisted me to apply for PMB. After consultation with OT. I am getting messages and call for an outstanding account which GEMS refuse to pay. I am now stressed more because of those lawyers. I phoned GEMS and was told that 2 sessions will be covered. But until today they not paid, I did send claim to enquiry, I than waited until the 7th day when the sms from GEMS say my case is closed. I am so annoyed because the case is not resolved
