I Hate Gems they pathetic

My 1st gynea appointment was in December last i paid cash and when i tried to claim back from them they said my funds was exhausted even though i registered for the maternity benefits in November 2014. Then they did not pay 3 visits for my dr appointments and when i phone they tell me there were amounts paid and when they send me the remittance nothing is paid. They are so pathetic they can't even cover you for your pregnancy so what is the point of being registered for maternity benefits when they don't cover you. And at the end of the day you end up with all this bills and you still have to pay Gems every month. Then im registered on the PMB for chronic and i go for my 6 month blood tests and it gets rejected because my day to day is exhausted but it's supposed to come from my chronic. I've had it with Gems im considering to cancel my medical aid because it doesn't benefit me at all i had about 3 dr's visits and my funds are exhausted already. When you call them they put you on hold and you actually waste all your airtime and yet you are still not helped so whats the point of calling.
