Good day,

I've been waiting for a response from GEMS for a week now and my son's condition is getting worse. he has not been unable to go to school for 3days since the last week.
a day after submitting this complain I received a call form GEMS saying that they will treat this as an urgent matter and I will get feedback on Friday the 8th but to this day I'm still waiting.

My son can't even sleep at night due to the pain caused by this condition and I feel helpless because the is nothing I can do to assist him, yet GEMS is dragging its feet because they don't care about the wellbeing of members. The Government should stop this nonsense of a medical aid and allow us to join medical aids of our choice.
