I am very dissapointend with Gems

My daughter was suspended on my medical aid on 1st April 2022 and I send the confirmation stating that I am keeping her as adult and it never happens though I keep on calling and sending emails .

Towards the end of the year a call center agent told me they did send the forms to me and I was suppose to sign and return to them .I told them I never receive any forms from them .They say they sent them on my work e-mail adress of which I never used my works email adress with them .My child is still suspended because I have to pay arreas before they can activate her .I have all the proof that I did confirm with them .
