I am not happy with the experience i have with them

I am not happy with the experience i have with them. I was pregnant last year 2022 but for my claims to be paid i would call for 2 months for one to be paid. When i call again for feedback it looks like nothing was done when i called last time. I always start all over again. Am not happy at all. May they please change because its not nice being pregnant and struggling with claims.
