How do you wait for authorisation for more than 6 days still counting

I am really disappointed with gems I am lying on bed right now in pains, always feel dizzy,weak.i have been waiting for authorisation from them since friday.i have been admitted to hospital since 26/10/2025 done the MRI scan now I have to do surgery on my spinal cord but can't because gems keeps on delaying authorisation.i am typing this still waiting for authorisation from them they keep saying send this document whereas they were sent on Friday.
