How do I pay if you been called and say they are funds?????
I wasted so much Airtime, Gems customer care they don't help.I added again a member who was suspended around June, I submitted all the documents and then after I got an Sms that now the member is active she can consult without paying anything since I am on tanzanite, now I received an sms that I must pay R2 406 and before the dependent consulted the Doctor will call gems to see if she have funds Gems will say "yes" now I'm surprised that I must pay I am on Tanzanite one bacause I can't afford to pay medical aid
