How can the goverment enforce the employers to be members of this type this phethetic medical fund? Why can't employers of the goverment choose there own medical fund like in the past? Medihelp was so much beter!!!!

It took you at least 40 min on my cellphone to get a poor answer, and that is at least R112 out of a pensioeners pocket, and some times they just cut the conversation and you have to start all over again. How frustrating? You have to identify you over and over again....???

24 Nov 2021, 17:36According to your catalog on the Internet on page 19 for Emerald clients you do pay Audiology out of "Shared limit of R2 476/beneficiary/year and R4 961/family/year shared with pathology and medical technology, sub-limit of R1 991/beneficiary and R3 978/family/year". According to Gems they pay this out of the day to day benefits, that is depleted. Can you explain?
