Horrible service from GEMS

My mother who was the main member of GEMS passed on in June 2020. My father has been trying to take over the medical aid since then, He paid all the contributions to GEMS but till today has not been approved as a main member. When calling GEMS, they send him form pillar to post and keep on escalating the matter. Shame on you GEMS for such a horrible service to a senior citizen of our Country. You are hell bent in ensuring that my father does not have a medical aid at his age. The level of unprofessionalism displayed by GEMS feeds exactly to the narrative that Government does not care, Its such a shame really!
