Horrible service from Gems

Very disappointed with the service provider. I recently had to go for the Covid-19 test and made a call to Gems to ensure that the cost of the test was covered, and I was ensured that it was. I later received an email from lancet labs to say that my claim was declined. After numerous attempts and calls my claim was resubmitted only to find it was declined again.
