horrible service early in the morning

hi<br> <br> i just called the GEMS call center looking for help regarding a membership certificate and the agent who assisted me was not friendly at all. her name is Hazel, she sounded sleepy on the phone and it was like she didn't want to assist me. I would not recommend her for anything at all
