Horrible service

I sent my script on the 7 of March till today medication hasn't been sent tried doing a follow up on Monday lady said she's going to escalate it n we will get communication, still nothing ..save ur money don't go with Gems as they don't prioritise the health of their patients,imagine paying thousands of rands only to be given clinic service I will be taking this to twitter n ombudsman I want my medication today must I die in order for u pple to have sense of urgency????
