HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED BY LIWETHU NDABA ! WHAT A RUDE AGENT !

Yesterday (10th of June) I called the customer care line and was assisted by LIWETHU NDABA ! What a RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL agent … I am highly disappointed by how she addressed me, most of all I requested to speak to her manager and she blatantly said NO! She later placed me on hold for close to 10pm with no explanation or coming back to me to explain why I was on hold for so long. I ended up ending the calling. I have never experienced such with any of Gems agent so I am very appalled by this .. she needs to be trained on her communication skills and needs to learn to listen before responding. It was like she wanted to get rid of me .. Gems you must do better with your agents …
