High risk maternity care.

I had an unpleasant experience with GEMS! I am under the maternity program (high risk pregnancy) they sent me confirmation that I am registered under it. However when I tried to collect my pills (including hypertension) pills which is what made my pregnancy high risk in the first place! They don’t want to pay. When I called them they transferred me from one department to another no one wants to take accountability, no one knows what to say to me whereas when I called last week an agent told me that I would need to give them a call when I fetch my pills so that they can register those pills and yet yesterday I spoke to more than 7 agents and nobody could help me! I am fearing for myself and my baby I ask myself whether they will pay when it’s time for me to give birth or will they give me problems like they’re doing now! I even sent an email to the complaints department no one has responded yet
