High Premiums for no Chronic Benefit

My family of 4 has been with GEMS for over 8 years now and I am disappointed that as a chronic patient that has regsitered for chronic meds via my nephrologists of whom he has send through motivations for my chronic meds that GEMS only pays for 2 items that only cost less than R150 a month, and the other were im paying myself cash for over R1600 a month. We pay a huge premium to only have a benefit for this much. I have sent through an enquiry and its been over 10 days without any correspondence from the team. My Member no. ***
