Hi. I want to report Gems for poor service. After numerous attempts, they still haven't paid my subsidy as pensioner, last payment August 2022. My member no is ***. During our correspondence, they asked for a bank confirmation letter, id, and proof of address. I've sent that to them, but there were no response yet.
