Helpless

I was mistakenly terminated and now that i have been trying to get back onto gems medical aid i keep getting rejected with no reason,countless reapplying and phone calls yet no one seems to help me,it's been 7 months with 12 applications that had to be sent for no valid reason, the termination was not even my mistake but the departments yet gems has just given me **** and no help
