HELP HELP

My husband registered my son in 2001 since then my son would only go about 2 to 3 times in a year to the doctor but mostly used over the counter medication. Trouble started when he finished school. There is this affidavit that you must submitted when the child is still under your care the first time we did not know but managed to fill the form and submitted that was in 2024.In 2025 they send the form to a private email of my husband that was not in use and we only realized in about June/August that my son is no longer on the medical aid. We submitted the form again but this time they took long to respond.I phoned sometime in Oct/Nov 25 and they told me that they did not receive the form. I then decided to put him on my medical aid my husband has his own one. On my application form I wrote my husband's medical aid number for them to see where he was at before which is GEMS. They started deduction from me in February 26 and his benefit date was 01 May 2026. My son has been doing contract piece jobs since he was not getting full time work and on the 30th March 26 he's contract was not renewed and already he been struggling to get work since 2018. He is a quiet child but it never made us think that he was not well since he was someone who loved his room. That week he got so depressed that I decided to take him to a doctor and the doctor referred his to Akeso hospital. When we got there hospitalization was decline due to we did not disclose his cronic.What cronic previous years when he behaved the way he did we just taught it's a naughty child behaving like a child. Never thought that there is an issue because he ones saw a psychologist when he was in grade 10 never thought that was still in him. My child is sick now he needs professional help the way things are going now I have excepted that one of these days I will find him hanging just counting days and hours. The medical aid says they are still investigating. 14 days to investigate. I have been a member since 1997 my husband since 1994 my husband goes to the doctor 3 times in a year. Every year end of December we have alot of money left which they forfeit but now they can't help. Why should my son be on a waiting period for 12 months just for a minor mistake of a form that was send to a wrong email of which themselves did not even bother to call and remind my husband to fill it in.I mean we pay every month and don't abuse our funds.
