Help cancel pending medical aid application.

I have been trying to get assistance with editing my application to no avail before signing the agreement to waiting period from August 4th. I sent emails and did not get any response except the automated response. I called numerous times but have never reached an agent. I am no longer trying to edit the medical aid application but to cancel it. I sent an email but have not been assisted! How do I cancel this pending application?
