Hello, anyone actually doing work at GEMS???

<p>We have been submitting application forms since Jan for dependents that must be added to my medical aid without any responses. I've emailed and called Gems on numerous times and all I get is regence numbers and also emails that they will respond within 48 hrs. If one request to speak to a supervisor than your call is put on hold until it is eventually dropped! Can Gems please urgently contact me!</p>
