Have no compassion

You certainly not serious about delivering efficient service. We ordered urgent dispensation of chronic medication for my mother urgently, over 3 weeks back. The process is very slow, every week I get a call confirming the same thing, where should we deliver? do you want generic? Will you pay? Because of this she still does not have her chronic meds. Any poor or complications of her health is on you!!!!
