Half payment of blood tests and a physician

Gems is not giving me peace at all now I have realised that my monthly contribution is changing every month...up and down no stipulated amount. Again they did not pay the Physician Dr Mahlasela all the money even the blood from pathcare for dependent 02 they did not pay all the amount yet my son was referred by the nominated doctor on the medical aid. Its so painful that I cannot get the services that I am paying for monthly
